I do have a PhD, but this is still bollocks.

Fractal NNs were always an idea, and were always best left as just an idea.

It's hard enough to predict what an NN will come up with (and if you can't predict it, it's very probably wrong), so saying that a "sub-NN" will do anything useful at all is a -- and I can't emphasise this enough -- A F***ING, BLOODY, MINDLESS, STUPID THING TO SAY!

So ms, apple, google, and law-enforcement agencies will love it to death!



Skynet really is too good for us.
