0) Everyone avoided UWP the first time MS announced it, because nobody wanted a phone interface on their freakin desktops, so...
1) Why not get it implemented for Win32 FIRST, so that we can start porting all of our legacy code to it?
2) How long before they decide WinUI isn't good/hip/modern enough, and change everything again?
3) It seems like every 10 years, they change major stuff that forces everyone to learn something new. And employers wonder why programmers cost so much. It's because not only do we have to learn the new stuff, but we also have to know the old stuff so we can port old stuff to "the new way" when someone in management wants to pretend he/she is relevant.
