Probably the most impactful feature of C# 8.0 is Nullable Reference Types (NRTs). It lets you make the flow of nulls explicit in your code, and warns you when you don’t act according to intent. "Ain't nothing but a thang"

Looks like cutting edge in C#.
I have been working with NULL datatype for 30+ years with Clipper and FoxPro. 
Are they reinventing the hard way the wheel of weakly typed languages in C# ?

Personally, I love FB. I use it to keep in touch with my family and friends who are spread all over the world. The demographics of FB are changing - it's no longer a forum to post selfies of what you're eating for breakfast. Old farts (like myself) find it a great medium to share pictures of family events. And unlike some, I don't get my "news" from FB.

Or at least the most code written with it.
Sadly, they didn't see how C# (or VB) might fall on the list.

Is this talking about implementation vulnerabilities? More developers, more range or developers, more chance of total count of programmed errors.
or vulnerabilities inherent in the programming language? Which are discovered out due to more developers.
If language specific issues, then which version. New major versions often get some of this stuff fixed. Which then leads to if you do not update your version, with no development changes to fix a vulnerability, does that switch from inherent version issue to developer implemented issue due to not upgrading version?
