Has anyone questioned the quality of their attempts to calculate, at least theoretically input data algorithms? 
And speaking of input data - over the course of my career, the quality of the data that the software uses in directly proportional to the "holistic" quality of the software.
It would be a more fruitful study, IMO, if it looked at just how absolutely crappy the data source is.

There are moments where you don't even notice it if you accidentally press the "supr" key or you lose focus on the "to be deleted" file and you end deleting something else...
