I wish Microsoft would write a CAD program

It looks like you're trying to draw an extruded hexagon. Do you want help with that?

Microsoft is good at creating visual designers. They just are. Now, we've all complained about them, but we all use them (or rather, many of us do) because the alternatives are so much worse.

Not quite sure what you mean by a CAD program but Visio is a decent, general purpose, vector drawing program which fulfills a lot of CAD requirements
