I want a open source web based solution for pacs (picture archiving and communication systems) The solution is required in .NET. Can u plzzzz provide me with the same.

This is a forum for programmers, not people looking for free, complete projects. A PACS system is not a cheap piece of software. There is one free one, but it is definitely not written in .NET, and the name escapes me right now. I'm not sure how good it is, either, in practical use, I used it only for testing when I was building a PACS aware DICOM system.

If you need one in .NET, I suggest you go to the jobs board and offer to pay someone to write one.

Just to add there are .NET libraries for sale, Atalasoft has one that reads DICOM images, and MyDICOM is a good DICOM library that could be used to write a PACS system in .NET. The total cost of both is around $10k, I believe. Less than it would cost to pay someone to write you one, but you'd still need to do a fair bit of programming.
