Is it posible to attach mysql database installation within the setupfile

Can i attach all my project and database with in the setup file in C#.
Ie. a system do not have vs and mysql.
After installing the setup i need to run my project without separate installation of mysql.Is it possible in asp.net s/w packeage?????
Plz give me an answer.....
