i m working on survey application in asp.net but i m not able to create a survey builder page like surveymonkey.com (create survey page) can anyone tell me how i create this page and which control i m using for making this?

Your question is far too broad for a "Quick Answer" forum post, no-one is going to do your homework for you and give you a complete solution. There are no in-built controls for survey builders, you'll have to do what you do for any site which is use the available presentation controls to build the html you need.

Go through a book on asp.net and learn the basics, or do some on-line tutorials, and what you need to do should become clear. If you get stuck then feel free to ask specific questions and specific problems.
