Crystal preview window goes blank after print

I am currently using Crystal for some of the reports. The work flow goes through the preview window first. However, I'm finding that after I choose print, even though the preview window stays open, the report will go blank after resizing and the left/right arrows both get blanked out. This isn't seen when I'm on the first page of the report, or some of the subreports, but it's consistently reproducible.

Any ideas? Thanks! :-D
