Datepicker For Czech republic culture with Full month (january/1/2015)

hello sir,
czech republic culture support only shortmonth(digit like 01,12) and full month(full monthname like january)
i want a datepicker with full month form for czech republic
when i slect any date from datepicker i want to show date in textbox like, 28/january/2015 or january/28/2015, etc..
if you have any idea for this then pls help me to solve this

If it supports both short month and full month, what is the problem?
