converting json data into angular js gantt chart data form

my required format for angulargantt data is this

and i want the data from my sql to convert it into this format where name is the row name of chart and task is column data which consist of its various attributes

if someone could tell me a technique or code for this conversion it would be really helpful.thanks in advance
