Angular JS update data

i'm building and Application using MVC 4 and AngularJS.
there is a

that display list of data that queried from database using AngularJS

I want to Update data that displayed date inside

when a record update/Add/delete from database.

I tried using a refresh method that reload data repentantly but its slowing down computer.

if anyone can help would be very helpful.
