Cannot connect to SQL server

Hello,

This is fakhruddin. I have hosted website in godaddy server and in that server I am using SQL server 2012 for data access.

This website is working sometime and sometimes it gives an "Timeout expired error". when I do any operation related to database it gives server timeout error.

However I am also not able to connect SQL server from remotely and also form my website. it gives an error like this "A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The wait operation timed out.) (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 258)"

Any help is appreciated.

No, I am trying to talk but they have removed online chat support and ticket system only now calling option is available but they not receive my call.

No, sometime it is working fine some time it could not connect to database so it gives an error.
I have access of server so have you any idea why this error is caused?

I have server access of godaddy server and I want to find error log file how can I find error log file in server?
if anyone have idea then tell me?
