Hello sir,

I am not able to compile my VC++ code that uses pcap library. I installed winpcap development pack4.1.2. I added the pcap libraries to my header file. Please help.

"I am not able to compile" does not really explain your problem. Try posting the statements in your source file and the EXACT error message you receive.

Solution 1

You can try by adding the libraries to the following path in VC++.
Tools->Options->Projects and Solutions->VC++Direcories.
In the GUI change the combo Show Directory Files to Library Files.
Add your library files path there and try.

what the error/warning compiler is throwing... we don't virtual eye fitted in our mind, which peek on your computer screen and let you know the answer
