softfresh service xrc ?

i have in my services somthing called softfresh and in my processes xrc when i open file location it is getting me in C:\Users\(my name of user)\AppData\Local and pointing me on
Movefan.exe there is movefan.exe.config too can you tell me wherethere this is virus or it is just nothing i must worry?
