I made a windows service and It is running successfully in background in PC but i want to show it in system tray so that I can change configuration and check status is it ruuning or not, from there. How can i achieve this?

Services don't do that, but you _could_ have some sort of other application that runs in the system tray, either doing what the Service does, or merely being a configurator for the Service. I've never done it that way, but I have written regular a WinForms app that controls certain features of a Service I wrote a while back.
