What software does "bear the blame", in your opinion, please ? :) :

- a program, what writes a value to the file ~\Users\Name\Documents\Test\test.ini or
- a virus scanner, what blocks the file

There were no conflicts in the contexts
C:\test\test.ini or d:\test\test.ini...

What course would you take, please,
to solve the situation as an user of the WritePrivateProfileString() function ? :)
