What's wrong with reading original MSDN documentation? Please see: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms178472.aspx[^].

And you need to understand that the questions about "difference between X and Y" are almost always incorrect. If you don't see it, please try to tell the difference between apple and Apple. :-)
