asking com serial port in java

hi everyone ,
I want to test serial COM test simple program in netbean 7.0.
When i debug CommPortIdentifier.getPortIdentifiers() , null occur in Enumeration list. How to solve this problem and which jar file is needed ?

win32com.dll and javax.comm.properties are included in your bin ?

yes . win32com.dll and javax.comm.properties which i have may be convenient my netbean 7.0 installer with jdk 7.0.
