Hi,

I need to setup a personal mailing application.

How can I customize this application? If this needs a mail server then how can I setup a mail server on my PC?

Could you provide detailed instructions?

The application is designed using Java/JSP.

This question is far too broad to be answered in this forum. Try using Google to research the techniques and technicalities of setting up such a system. Then, when you have a more specific question in some part of your solution come back and ask again.

Setting up a mail server is easy, just google it, there are literally hundreds of links that will aid you.

Do you mean a client?? DO you have a email provider ie google, yahoo, aol or do you want to host your our email with your domain???
