Can somebody tell me how to move Any forms using Panel.
it means a customize Border in vb.net

oi have a code of it but i am unable to understand it.....

If you've found the code, but you can't understand it, what do you want from us ? Post the code and tell us what you don't understand. Do you think we'll post different code, or that you'll magically be able to understand it the second time ?

You can draw a form with no border, and then draw any sort of custom border on that form you like. I don't see what that has to do with moving forms or where the panel comes in. Do you want a custom form with no border and you want to catch mouse events to move it on click and drag ? That's a wild guess based on your meaningless post. The code for that is freely available, and if you don't understand it, you should choose a more basic task for this stage of your learning.
