This is a site for programmers, not for giving code to people who can't write their own. ASP.NET cannot receive emails, that's not what it is for. C# and VB.NET can, but not trivially, I don't believe. You can write VB.NET code to receive emails, but not within an ASP.NET website, that would make no sense. You can write an ASP.NET website to view and work with emails you have received using other code you wrote. If you don't want to do your own work, go to the jobs board and offer to pay someone to write it for you.
