How to fix below error?

The source was not found, but some or all event logs could not be searched. To create the source, you need permission to read all event logs to make sure that the new source name is unique. Inaccessible logs: Security

what is the cause for this error?

I have one export excel button which will export grid data using excel interop. It is working as expected in Local. But in server am getting above error on click of export.

Please tell me the reason and solution.
