And
can web project publish?
If yes.. then how? and web project can work on web server fine??

If you google for the differences you'll find lots of explanations. In general though, create web projects\web applications and not websites.

But if need to publish it on a web server it can possible to publish web application project?

Yes, you can publish a web application. It has an advantage over websites where only the code compiled in dlls and the visual components (aspx pages etc) need to be uploaded rather than the whole site, source code and all.
