Am getting compilation eroor

Following compilation eroor comes for when i compile the code in VS2008

fatal error CVT1100: duplicate resource. type:TYPELIB, name:2, language:0x0409 CVTRES

fatal error LNK1123: failure during conversion to COFF: file invalid or corrupt

Can you please help me out in resolving this Issue
