How to tell the destination to the sender client of the recieving client

I want to develop a chat application so if i'll make the sender app to a server with specific port no and on server side I have make the accept socket connection for any no of socket connection.
Now please guide me how server should send the data to the required client and how 2 client should receive that data .
I have no problem if u provide me the link to tutorials too.
but i have searched the whole net I have not found the solution to it
Please help me

how to send data from server to client 2 and this data and the address of client 2 should be specified by client 1
