Hi friends,

I have to develop a Chat application using WinForms and as I am new to winforms can anybody suggest to me how to develop it.

I am planing to do it using Remoting Concepts.
Please tell me if it can be done through Remoting.

Solution 1

You are planning to do it and don't know whether it can be done by the method you plan to do it.

Sounds like more planning needs to be done!

It can be done through winforms, but I would advise using Live, it makes it much easier.

You can look up some P2P projects posted here...

A lot of the examples have a chat system in them, just look at those for ideas...
