How to change placeholder language

I have created project in mvc 5 of employee management and have form of registration ,i have taken text box with placeholder and i want to change language of placeholder when i will change language using Current Culture method ,how should i do this ?

What I have tried:

I am doing RND for this query but still i didn't get solution.
