"When I run this macro, it showing unhandled exception error as below.
Exception from HRESULT : 0x800A8029"
pls someone help me how can i work this Macro in MS office 2013.

What I have tried:

I tried to check, any code written related to file format.. but not able to find anything.
then i had confusion like really bcoz of format this issue occuring.
then i though coding for functions may changed for MS office 2013.

Basically, you don't.
Excel 2013 understand the .xls file in format "Excel 97-2003", macros included. I have the situation every day.

Without the macro and place of exception, it will be complicated to solve your problem.

sry, i cannot share that macro..macro worked fine until migration of Ms office, after that only its shwoing this kind of error. any idea abt caused of this error.

Can't you list a reduced macro ? or another macro that have the same problem ?
