Sending employee location details from android app to C# website fro tracking

I am trying to develop a project in which any company employee who is outside station for any field work . Once he reach that place he will open the app install in his phone and will send the latitude and longitude so as it will receive by the admin operating the office website. As soon as he receives the information just by putting Emp_code in the search form the whole map must be appear showing its location and according the salary will be added.
Here the data send by employee must be store in database(not through SMS) and from database it will be accessible for admin.
Please help me for doing this and also tell which database must be useful as to store data send from employee through remote location and to use that data by admin on C# website
