my question is what is purpose of helper method in mvc and i tried to learn this concept from many websites which provide tutorial but I am not able to understand.please help me in this topic.

Which helper method you are not getting? Are you talking MVC razor helper classes?

yes am talking about MVC razor helper methods....actually i have learned asp.net so every topic in mvc is quite confusing for me.
