Urdu or arabic autocomplete using textbox in windows C# app

Dears,
I am developing a windows application. I need help. I am facing problem to do autocomplete search bar on a textBox. Everything is happening correctly. I just want to Align the autocomplete suggest text to Right direction of the search bar. Actually I have concatenate two fields of database. One field is in Urdu language and second is in English. I want to search string in urdu keywords. so that it is important for user to see the list items aligned to choose easily. I have been wondering since last 30 days for this solution.
Once More:
I need procedure for Autocomplete list Alignment to Right.

What I have tried:

I have tried AutoComplete in TextBox using Urdu keyboard. In textbox the urdu string is fine but in autocomplete the string is incorrect
