Create IPA file using xamarin

I'm a beginner to xamarin started developing apps, i've started with a small application which i can run in IOS simulator(connected through VMWare), i'm using VisualStudio. Can any one help me in generating IPA file.

What I have tried:

After several configuration changes like changing build type to 'Ad-Hoc', 'AppStore' which gives build errors. How can i find generated IPA file?
