Hi, im so fed up! ive spend days trying to setup a webhook with no success. I am not a technical guy and all I get from my SMTP provider and ISP is long technical instructions and no help

I send out about 100,000 emails per day. I want to be emailed all of the ones that have bounced - sounds simple!

I have been told to set up a webhook on my SMTP providers user interface. i did this with my url target being http://www.famestreet.com I ran a test and got a large server response (it looked like a list of all the webpages on my website)

The problem I have is that i am still not receiving bounced addresses back to my email address and I have no idea how to do that

I understand that the webhook is sending information to http://www.famestreet.com but that makes no sense to me. i dont want info going to my website, i simply want it all to go to bounces@famestreet.com

Can anyone help? Please I am non technical, please treat me like a total newbie

I just want to go to outlook, collect my emails and see the bounced addresses

thanks for your time
Terry

What I have tried:

everything within my own capabilities

Your activity looks like spamming to me. Need help? :-)
If you make sure you have a consent to get mail from each and every of your addressees, it won't be so much of a problem.
Besides, the term "bounced" means that you already get information on undelivered messages. Probably, your concern is about messages which go nowhere, but this problem is not solvable.

We are a reputable online company established for 15 years sending out over 1 million whitelisted opted-in emails per month. The average bounce rate across all industry's is 3% resulting in thousands of genuine bounces each month

Spamming!

Thanks for the lack of trust and bigger lack of help

This isn't something we can answer. This is functionality specific to your ISP and their mail system.

Ask again your ISP for help. The solution is specific to your ISP.
Or hire a local technician that know how to. Only someone that know your ISP can help you.
