How to show time and value in Y-axis in bar chart of crystal report

Hello Developers,
i am working on crystal report. crystal report show date of selected month on X-Axis and Time on y-Axis.. but i have problem with my y-axis time.. Not show Correct time. its show 00:00:00 not time on date wise.

What I have tried:

i have tried this formula

TimeValue({Attendance.TOTALTIME})
here totaltime is time format 00:00:00
