but you have not tried googling your issue!!! you can take a look at my solution that I have posted and mark it as accepted if this is what you are looking for.

Html components don't support dropdowns with checkboxes, you'll need a jQuery plug-in that handles this, so you're better googling "jquery checklist dropdown" and you'll find some. Or just google in general, this is a frequently asked question and there are lots of articles on it already.
