Deploy dot net application in dotnet 3.5 developed in vs 2015

hi,
I have created a windows application in c# using vs 2015. I can deploy it easily in dotnet framework 3.5. But if I use crystal report for vs 2015,then can I deploy this application to 3.5? Because in that case I have to give client the runtime of crpt for vs2015,and is that supported in dotnet 3.5?
Please help what can I do. I want to deploy specifically in framework 3.5 because windows 7 by default own it, so I don't have to give framework and my package will be less in size.
Please help what should be the way.
