Yes - just do a local Google for "free web hosting ASP.NET" and you'll probably find plenty. And most of 'em will throw in a free domain name and registration.
But...remember that you get what you pay for: free sites aren't the world's most reliable, or the fastest. But if all you want is to get practice in the "real world" and not as a "proper" web address they they can be fine (I started with one years and years ago but moved away when I had a bit of experience).

Of course I can't!
They all have different facilities: email, SQL, MySQL, disk space, bandwidth, up time, .... and I no idea what you might need.
So don't be so lazy and start looking - this could be important to you so you don't want to get it wrong... :laugh:
