Setup file in .NET windows application

I am creating a simple billing software using windows application project. I am using Crystal report to create a bill. During installation i have a error to create a bill section.

Error is:

C#

could not load file or assembly 'crystaldecisions.crystalreports.engine version=13.0.2000.0, culture=neutral,public key token=692fbea5521e1304'or one of dependencies.  The system cannot file specified

What I have tried:

Create a bill using crystal report. But i have an error during installation.

From error, it looks like you haven't installed Crystal Report runtime in the deployment machine.
Download the respective runtime and install it on the deployment machine and try once again.
SAP Crystal Reports, developer version for Micr... | SCN[^]
