prompt for username /password for authenticatd proxy when an application behind proxy

Hi All,

I want that, when my application is behind proxy it prompt a dailogbox , for the user to enter username and password required for proxy.

> so how can i detect that application is behind proxy

The application is used to play recived data from the server.
