Got Setup VS 2012 Error 0x80070643. Tried for multiple solutions but still exist. Any effective approach to fix it? Thanks.

Solution 1

I suggest using google for your error message. It seems you aren't the first person to achieve this error.

From a quick glance at top few links, it looks like you need to install .net 4.5 probably. I say that as a suggestion because i don't have access to your PC to troubleshoot this myself.

Prob. solved. The reason for installation failure was because I was given a Release Version rather than the right Ultimate one. Thanks for your review on this thread.
