Istarted my research work in node deployment of Underwater acoustic sensor network, can you please suggest me which tool will be suited best for node deployment analysis in UWASN,whether MATLAB, NS-2 or OPNET

What I have tried:

I started my research work in Underwater wireless sensor network.in some journal ,they used MATLAB,which simulation tool will be the best to analyse?

This is an extremely specialized subject area. You would be better off discussing this with your professor who is guiding you through your research.

Now if you are asking for just what software is good for network simulation, when I was at cisco GNS3 was a very popular option that a lot of people i knew used and liked. OPNET is a fine option as well.

However, you need to evaluate these tools and find what best fits your needs as no one here knows anything about your project so we can't tell you absolutely what you should use.
