Is it possible to use C# with flex or air or flash?

What I mean with my question is a windows based application with flex/air/flash used for its graphics/UI. My purpose is to preserve post-transaction capabilities of windows-based apps with the very good aesthetics without coding too much on graphics. (If web based, post transactions are impossible or hard to implement).

Please give me good forums, sites, and tutorials (I may have skipped some good sites). You can give me little discussion about the matter too.

Thanks.

Sorry to others. I wasn't looking at who posted the question.
Yes, I was doing it back in 2008, but it was a pain in the ass bercause the flash programmer never seemed to be able to follow the simplest of instructions, and often didn't follow the requirements.

I hate Flash as a result.
