hi sir
i tried to insert the data to database using vb coding with sqlserver2005
when i click the save button the error displaying as follows
String or binary data would be truncated. The statement has been terminated.

pls help me to clear this error

Solution 1

Some of your field length the less than what you are trying insert in that field.

Check the field length and the length of the data your trying to insert.
