How to restore database from vb.net to sql?

Hi everyone, can anyone tell me how to restore database from vb.net to sql? I have done some job but its showing some error like this:

"RESTORE cannot process database 'FrogyTheatre' because it is in use by this session. It is recommended that the master database be used when performing this operation. RESTORE DATABASE is terminating abnormally."

Please Guide Me For This Issue
