Can we implement source control(TFS 2015/SVN) with visual studio isolated shell 2015?

I need to show Team Explorer Window or "Check in" option in context menu with visual studio isolated shell 2015.Can i implement it? if yes then how can i implement it.

What I have tried:

I have installed Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Studio 2015 Power Tools.Then i am able to see Team Foundation server option at window level and in solution explorer.But i need to show this option with isolated shell as well.
