Regarding publishing of my exe file

trying to publish the code of point grey camera. I have written a separate code for point grey camera from the sample program given"Flycap2SimpleGUI_CSharp" but unable to publish the code and getting following error

Look at the error messages:

Could not find file 'C:\Users\ITREAT\Desktop\flycap EXTERNALTRIGGER\trial\bin\x64\Debug\trial.exe.config.deploy'.

If it can't find files, then you need to look at why not.
It may be they aren't where you have told them they are, it may be a permissions problem, it may be that you haven't installed them.

But the path itself worries me: if your app expects to find is for on my desktop it's always going to get a shock - I don't store data files on my desktop, only a limited number of shortcuts to applications and / or folders. An app that tried to keep data there would be uninstalled very quickly and I'd want my money back as the development team is clearly not writing will behaving code...
