Hi,
I have two lists - List 1 - has two columns (Project Name, Project Approver Employee ID). List 2 - Has multiple columns but one of the column is Project Name which has same details of List 1.
The requirement is to trigger workflow to send email to the approver so that the item can be either approved or rejected by the approver with relevant comments.
For the project that is selected in list 2, the approver Employee ID relevant to the project should be picked from List 1 and to whom the email should be triggered and action to be taken.
Need step by step help on creating this using share point designer 2013

What I have tried:
I have tried with reusable workflow but not getting the expected result. Whenever the project is changed in list 2, email not getting triggered to the relevant approver mapped in List 1.
