How do I add music to the SQL server 2014?

My problem is i dont know how to add music files to backend and retrieve the same to the frontend.My friends and i are creating a website for downloading music please if anyone out there know solution do help us..dont know how to proceed using ASP.net(vb)

What I have tried:

we used flash player to try though
