How to make my website responsive and how to increase the content size such that it fits any webpage

Below is my css which has header footer and a div for placing the content the problem is i need to increase the div of the body such that it fits automatically when executed in any system and i need to make it a responsive web page which is not responsive now

What I have tried:

What you are asking people to do is a lot of work for free. That is not what is Q&A forum is for.

Your best bet is to look at either webpage template providers like: Free Website Templates[^], or ThemeForest[^] where you can have guys who do it for a living help you; or alternatively start with an existing boilerplate framework like: Bootstrap[^], Foundation[^], or Semantic UI[^], where what you are asking is already done so you can focus on the content that you want to provide.
